Everyone here is so helpful and lovely, from reception, secretaries to Doctors and nurses, to dispensary. Having just moved into the area from the city, I can say this surgery really are so so wonderful. Thank you so much for all your help. I'm very glad to be a new patient here.
Previously i would have given a 5 star but wwi was treated so.unjustly on Monday 26 February in fact it was quite cruel.nMy appointment was at.2.10pmnI dont drive and had to walk which i find painful.nI checked in at reception and sat down.nThen i switched off my.mobile phone and noticed it was 2.09. After waiting quite anWhile the receptionist told me Amy Wight had refused to see me as i was late.nI was too exhausted to argue and said it had made me depressed.
I'm sure it's good if you can get an appointment, but as I can't ever seem to get one I wouldn't know. This surgery is not equipped to deal with the volume of patients in a large and ever increasing area.
Every one is so friendly and helpfull, I am new to the area and it's been a great help over a difficult time.
I moved to Windmill Surgery many years ago from another local surgery.nI have found all the front of house staff to be pleasant and helpful.nThe GPs are again knowledgeable and accommodating.nSo glad I changed to them.
