Use this takeaway regularly. We had my mum to stay who is gluten free. Were told they were too busy to accommodate her so we had to leave ordering nothing. Very disappointing especially as they have a sign right next to where you place your order stating to ask about dietary requirements and they will accommodate. I also saw one of the chefs reaction to the guy taking my order and he dismissed us/it as if he couldn't care at all. Will think twice about giving this establishment my business in the future which is a shame as it is my local.
The person who answered the phone was pleasant and the delivery was in the timeframe given over the phone - that's about the only good thing I can say. Delivery cost £3.70 - way more expensive than any other Chinese takeaways in the area. I had the Shredded Crispy Beef and Special Fried Rice. Hubby had the Beef Chowmein. My Crispy Beef was spicy, but tasted like the sauce came from a bottle or jar, which was very disappointing. The Special rice has some very small prawns, diced ham and peas in it - and tasted of nothing. Hubby declared his Beef Chowmein as bland and boring after just a couple of mouthfuls. First and last time using this takeaway.

Absolutely ransid food, tasteless and bland and it was stone cold. The hottest thing about the meal was the sweet and sour sauce. Dont waste your money like i just did
Food was ok when we finally got to eat it but 75 minutes from placing the order in the shop is ridiculous.
Very poor service. Telephoned to place an order. Said they'd be a hour and 45 minutes wait. Put phone down. Thought I would ring for pick up. Rang back asked about pick. Girl said an hour. I said if it's only an hour I'll order. My son went to pick up and arrived to customers complaining they'd ordered over two hours ago. My son said he could not believe the chaos. He'd ask about our collection. They kept saying its coming out but didn't. He said customers were demanding refunds and it was taking forever to give customers their money back. He was incredulous when amongst the chaos they were still taking orders. Customers were telling them not to take anymore orders as they couldn't deal with the backlog. Then the owners proceeded to chastise the youngsters who were working behind the counter makung them cry. My son informed them it's not their fault but you as owners as they were finding it difficult to take the orders and answer phone calls taking yet more orders when the kitchen was obviously having problems. Never once did they apologise to customers nor offer a discount. My son decided to remain after being there for over half an hour. Very poor service
Excellent! Just had a pancake spring roll and beef chow mein. Definitely going back to have try the rest! Friendly staff and good service.
I've been using this takeaway on and off for years. I can honestly say I've never had a bad meal from here. Yeah sometimes it's better then others but never bad. What's really cool is there's five in my house all with different eating likes so real nice to get oriental for some and fish and chips for others all from the one place. Definitely worth a visit the staff will happily modify any dish for you to.
Is it possible to give 10 stars? Me and my husband have been eating here for years. And I can honestly say, weve never had a bad meal, delivery time has always been great and their crispy chilli beef is the bomb!!! It shows how amazing this place is, our record of calling them up to order was 167 times. Yes, we rang 167 times, and when we got through we ordered, got told 45 mins to an hour. Got in an hour and was so worth the wait. We are happy to sit dialling until we get answered. We will not go anywhere else. And through lockdown were really missing them.we need our with windmill fix. !!!
Just had home delivery the food was fantastic it was hot tasty and yummy never had bad meal from here lovely food
