Worst Dental practice ever. Useless.
The worst dental surgery,it's completely made a very big mess with my teeth,very rude staff, don't care,when I asked to give me other doctor since my doctor broke a nidels inside my teeth,and said I will be ok,but the owner said that it's can be guaranteed the same like other health problems,am in pain since,and am scared to go to any dentist now
Had registered around a year ago when we moved but due to Covid, never managed to get an appointment until recently. I had to cancel my first appointment due having Covid and then had to cancel my second due to one of our pets going missing as I was leaving. When I called to cancel, I was called back and told that they would not be able to see me as if you cancel twice, then they take you off the list. I find this rediculous in times of Covid that a dentist can still do this. The person that called me back was rude and didn't really seem to care. Considering the first time I cancelled was due having Covid I wonder if they would rather I had kept the appointment? After the attitude I got, I wasn't really worried about being taken off the list. I would only recommend if you can guarantee you will never be ill, never have an emergency come up and will always be able to make your appointment.
I was in an accident and unfortunately my front tooth got broke, after years of attending the orthodontist and having braces I was devastated and never thought I would have the same smile again. Throughout the process the staff at Windmill practice where supportive and helped fit me in when suitable around my working hours and even for a last minute appointment. I had very little dental treatment before this as I only attended every 6 month for a routine check up and clean the staff helped to reassure me and keep me calm as well as explaining each step of the process. and also the costs. I am very pleased with the end results thanks to DR McIntyre and would highly recommend Windmill Dental practice as they are all very professional and friendly
Waited months due to Covid to get seen at this practise and well worth the wait. I am quite nervous getting injections etc but I was put at ease and made feel really secure and comfortable. Highly recommend. Thanks to all the staff but especially Dr Mackle
I'm a very nervous and anxious patient, I'm terrified of needles in my mouth and moved to this practice to see what they were like, my dentist is Mary Kate and she is absolutely amazing! She made me feel so at ease and made my treatment as comfortable as possible! The only downside to the practice has got to be Courtney on reception on all occasions whether phone or face to face I have found her very abrupt and rude!
I used to be terrified at the thought of going to the dentist but I’m different now because of my most recent experience with Dr Radika Pathiyal. She took the time to listen to me & really made me feel at ease. I even went back for my 6th month check up which I never normally do I go when I have a problem. My kids attend this Dental Practice as well & we are all really happy, all the staff are lovely.
I hate having to go to a dentist too many visits as a kid, but a friend advised me to go to Windmillhill, and I'm so glad he did. Dr McIntyre was so calming and professional throughout my treatment Staff were all great. I'm not saying I'll be looking forward to my next treatment, who does, but I certainly have no fears.
After months of suffering during lockdown I was so grateful to be seen by Dr McIntyre. The staff were genuinely welcoming, despite the obvious concerns they no doubt have regarding their own health and wellbeing. I had personally been shielding for several months so was very apprehensive about facing the world again. No such apprehension however once inside the surgery. Staff were in full PPE and every precaution is in place. Not to appear patronising but well done to all the staff for their hard work. It didn't go unnoticed.
Dr Radhika Pathiyal is a great dentist, little or no pain after the jab!, pleasant and courteous, with a professional attitude, the staff are also very courteous and helpful, the best dentistry I have been too and as I have travelled, I can assure you, they must be one of the best teams around. A lot of work was required on my teeth and a plan was formulated that allowed the work to be carried out, in a limited amount of time, due a public address that I had to make, it worked!, I would recommend this practise to anyone.
