I cannot recommend this lovely place more. Having only recently bought my first home I was looking to replace my bathroom and was clueless, the staff in Windermere Tiles & Bathrooms could not have been more helpful and patient!

I'm over the moon with my purchase, and would shop here again in a heartbeat.

Appalling company. Poor customer service. Ultimate sarcasm from female person 'in charge' when you go to collect the non arrival of 'your' product, due to their incompetence and lack of communication. My advice is to go elsewhere who can more than match their price and also provide good customer service and care. Soak**ogy benefitted to the tune of £4,589.78 with us placing the replacement goods' order plus additional order for our complete en-suite. Today's small customer is tomorrows big customer. She should have thought about that when giving her sarcasm to their now non-customer. In my experience I would stay well clear. Restricted parking and small showroom into the bargain. Hazardous when browsing in the shop.
