We've not had a meal from here in ages, as our postcode doesn't work with justeat. So glad we figured out how to order again! Quite possibly the best takeaway we've had in the past 15 years, since moving to the area. Thank you everyone there at Win Wo House hugs love Hobbit & Twiddels.
Foods very good but they don't take cards only cash... I wonder why... Income tax!?. It's inconvenient !! and drivers always doing deliveries... Wonder if they are on the official pay roll?
Ordered food through just eat , has my usual Chinese takeaway wasn’t open , the food was terrible, chicken balls was like nuggets, and banana fritters was a joke , and food was cold , chips was disgusting, never ordering from here again
Food was over an hour late and then I can honestly say it’s one of the worst chinese meals I’ve ever tasted as well as being cold and soggy. Awful. Avoid at all costs.
The food was 10 - 10 very fast delivery, polite delivery driver, the cost of the food is very good unlike some other takeaways, I highly recommend this takeaway. It's my family favourite go to for a fast family evening meal, when you want to treat the family to a lovely meal. So go on guys n gals please enjoy my favourite Chinese takeaway.
Placed a order for 6.05 it turned up at 5.25 we had to refuse the order as the elderly people where no ready to eat so the drive took it back they reheated all the food up chips was hard food was sticky and dry as we spend £85 with no free prawn crackers. I contacted the take and was told there nothing I can do about it £85 pound of OAP money not exeptable avoid at all costs.
Ordered here for the first time came hot and the curry dish was spot on the best one I've had in a very long time. My partner had the crispy chicken with salt, chilli and pepper with the same style chips although nice he said it wasn't spicy at all. Will be ordering again thou - thank you.
The meal was gorgeous and we were told that it would come within 45 minutes but it came in 30 minutes, which was great! My only issue is the girl who came to the door didn't have a mask or gloves on so I had to thoroughly wash my hands because she handed me the food directly, instead of leaving on the doorstep and she had to physically give me change also, as they don't take card. Please make sure your staff are adhering to the COVID19 procedures in future so we all stay safe!
Absolutely vile. Ordered 1/4 crispy duck with special fried rice, crispy shredded beef and a couple of extras. The duck which cost £7.90 on it own came in a small tray, cut into the smallest pieces that you could even make out if it was duck. The tray was filled with shredded lettuce so to make out that there was more there, The fried rice was made with prawns that were obviously frozen as they were white I tried one prawn and it was too tough to chew. There was actually SPAM in the rice cut up in squares, who puts frozen prawns and SPAM in a fresh dish??? I called the takeaway and asked them to come and collect the food and give us a full refund as this food wasn't fit to give my dog, let alone my 2 daughters. The lady on the phone told me that we could have 20% off our next order!! I requested that she come and collect the food and return my £24 to me. She refused and hung the telephone up on me. I was polite and factual at all times. I then got in my car and took the uneaten food to the Win Woo house. I asked to talk to the manager or the owner and was told rudely that I would not be getting a refund, and that I had eaten the food. Which we clearly hadn't.. This is my personal experience with this place and I would never recommend this takeaway to anyone I know. They were, rude and dishonest and I don't understand how a place like this can serve food to people that just want to enjoy a nice family meal at home. Thanks for ruining our evening and my daughters went without a proper meal that evening.
Had a big order for a family party. All the food came correct, piping hot, tasted fantastic, and generous portions. Delivered exactly when requested and with a smile. Would recommend to anyone
