Very friendly. Always service with a smile from the guy. The woman (not English) needs a bit more patience. Less haste. Otherwise is fine. Kids are happy here. Food is very nice and tasty. Freshly prepared. Plenty of choice and good offers. Something for everyone. Always clean and tidy. Toilets well kept. Not much noise. Music and screens are a good idea and adds to the ambience. A nice place overall!

Really disappointing. I'm a carer and I frequently visit this place as the service user likes the atmosphere. We visited on 14th January and sat at the table. We waited almost 5 minutes and despite it being relatively quiet no one had bought over a menu to us. After getting the menu, I then went to order and was then told by the waitress Precious there was no milkshakes available, and was then was told there was no Pepsi max etc available. I understand issues arise which are beyond our control, but we weren't offered any alternatives and the person I care for likes structure and was thrown by the situation. Disappointing as this place used to be really good and did the simple things so well.

Chef remembered my order after 6 months away. Very impressed. Cooked fresh. Good portions.
