Had an amazing time. The mozzarella sticks and chicken was to DIE for. All the staff were super friendly and attentive. Our server Katie was amazing and really made our whole trip!

They are lucky getting the 1 star! So me and my partner spent over £30 on two burgers and fries would you belive! Got it ordered on deliveroo! It came I was shocked to find out how small the bag was! Then I opened it... and it was missing a burger and fries! Not happy! Speically how expensive it was! And the chips were UNDERCOOKED! and nothing was fresh! I even asked the delivery guy is that everything! And he said yes.! So I won't be ordering eva again from you guys! Just happy I got my refund! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
How comes you claim you serve all day breakfast but when I try to get one of your lovely muffins you guys are never available on all delivery websites and I don’t have the time to travel to Basingstoke town centre for a muffin why don’t you just just stay available on delivery websites till your closing time if not your losing a very loyal customer :

I went here with my friend and we ordered a Chicken caeser wrap and Quarter pound cheese burger respectively and they were both great, the staff was friendly and in my opinion the chicken caeser wrap was one of the best I've ever had, would recommend
Foods obviously reheated, obviously sacked the cleaners because the place was filthy, staff clearly don’t want to be there as they’re rude but that’s not surprising considering the management aren’t exactly helpful. They should spend less time on their phones every chance they get and more time doing the job they’re paid to do

I didn't even know Wimpy still existed but what a pleasant surprise. Well trained and attentive staff, spotlessly clean and much tastier than McDonald's with decent pricing for a quick bite.
Me and my mum were having a day out in Basingstoke. We wanted to stop for lunch so we decided on Wimpy. It was busy but we got a table as soon as we went inside. A server took our order very soon after we arrived, we didn't wait long for our food. The food was lovely. The place was clean and tidy. Would go visit again.
