Had day surgery at Wimborne Hospital. Although surgery was running late, I found all the staff from the nurses to the operating team so friendly and professional. They really helped to make me relaxed and comfortable. Had a great experience at this hospital and can't praise and thank the staff enough. Keep up the good work.
Extremely impressed, if you have an option to have a procedure here, I’d 100% get it done here. I recently had an Endoscopy here & was really impressed with all the team, the nurses are so friendly & caring, they really take good care of you & put your mind at ease. Jane who works there & Maria it was her first day we’re both stars! Dr John who performed the procedure was excellent & took the time to walk me through it all & answered any questions I had. I have a rare pre existing medical condition which I mentioned over the phone, I was so impressed when I’d arrived that they had done research & printed out the information on it. I’ve been in & out of hospitals all my life & The Victoria really stood out to me. Thank you team for all your hard work!
I was seen at the out of hours GP Saturday and had a five star service from the friendly staff working there today. I didn't have to wait at all, I got taken to my appointment immediately and also was treated with a high level of care and understanding. I don't live in the area but they worked around this to ensure I could still be treated and I would like to thank the staff for this excellent service.
I recently had an appointment to have staples removed following knee replacement surgery. My GP practice had let me down by not having the correct tools to remove them. The team at the hospital were warm, friendly and so professional. We are very fortunate to have such a wonderful facility here in Wimborne.
I went to the MIU in Wimborne on 1st August 2022 at 15.30 , I had xrays and was looked after by a lovely nurse, I cant remember her name, from the receptionist the radiologist and most importantly the nurse looking after me it was 10/10 hardly any wait, professional and explanations of my treatment and follow ups were brilliant, thankyou to everyone connected with my care on the day, me and my broken toe are now recovering nicely. I work for the NHS and I know how hard we work with very few staff, people are always all to happy to complain but it's the compliments that mean a lot and sometimes get over looked, the treatment I received was excellent. Thankyou so much once again!
Honestly the best miu I have been to, these lady’s where amazing, went above and beyond. So friendly and didn’t hang around. From the receptionist to the nurse, Thank you all.
I went in for day surgery yesterday and couldn’t of been any happier with the care that was given. All the staff are lovely and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. Thank you all so much
facial injury 12/5/21. I had to drive my lorry in the car park, staff were really helpful. I was booked in straight away All departments were absolutely brilliant. A massive thanks to everyone involved.
