I'd advise that you check on royal mail's website what services are available before you use this post office. Or you might be sold the most expensive service being "the only service available", which has happened to me more than once. They might just not be knowledgeable, either way you feel ripped off if you find out later that you paid a premium for service you didn't really need.

Lady running the post office has gaps in knowledge regarding the rules of posting parcels. The place seems to be run on her whim!

Went there to get a parcel delivered,they were unsure as to whether i could send the toy in the box even when I explained what was in there. Sorry but the old lady runs this place like her own little sweet shop with no business skills. Nice but useless !

The people in this post office are extremely lazy. They obviously do not know how to answer a telephone. It has now been ringing for 1.5 hours solid. Prior to that it kept being disconnected. I have just filed a complaint with the Ombudsman who tried on my behalf and had the same result - strange but true! Good Luck.
