I have a paper ticket that stopped working and has been replaced but today a member of the staff decided to make me feel like a criminal and I missed my train as he held me at the barriers!!!! It's unacceptable when I pay so much for my ticket to be treated like this on a very cold day.... staff should be more understandable as there were so many issues around transports. I just wanted to get home and I couldn't. The worst station with the worst staff!!!

Excellent overground and tube station. Good access for people who have pushchairs and for wheelchair users and anyone with mobility difficulty it has lifts to all platforms and it connects to district line.

Very nice station leading you very closely to lots of shops, lovely staff and great layout

Horrible station. Messy and no help from the staff. They usually know nothing. First train on a board doesnt go first as you would assume. 
Wasting time.
Train station always overcrowded. Lifts smelly. Way in is way out. This is London in 2017.
Shame.
