Extremely bad experience with these solicitors. Complete lack of communication. We submitted with them one note of interest and one offer and received no confirmation of either. For the note of interest we submitted we had to find out online about a closing date, as we were not informed. Today we lost a flat because Wilsons Solicitors did not submit our second note of interest. When contacted, they apologized but gave no explanation why the note of interest was not submitted. We went with them as they are the cheapest, but now I know it is worth paying hundred quid extra for a proper solicitor. Never again!

I have used Wilsons a few times in the past and continue to use them for conveyancing. Excellent communication throughout and lateral thinking!

Poor communication, unnecessary delays, outstanding monies not paid. maybe cheap, but not worth the hassle. Never again.
