The three members of staff I dealt with were extremely pleasant and helpful, especially the girl on the desk. Lovely smile and clear directions to where I needed to go.
I have been working with Wilsons auctions on and off for over 30 years, however in the last 3 years, its been constant, the company is, to my experience a matured company with all the possibilities to make my company work along side them. I have to say that my relationships with the staff are all on a friendly and personal basis, everyone knows me well and gives me the kudos for being a loyal customer to their company.nnThis review was done out of the need to thank everyone at wilsons auctions. Had a very negitive experience selling an item.nnStaff was very lathergic and seems not to bothered at reception counter to helping out the public and its customers in selling item's in its disposal auction hall.nnMake you waiting forever whilst talking about their personal lives. As if you're not in the room. Unhelpful in aiding you with the forms. Was unhelpful in helping me in offloading a heavy item. Was glad I brought a pulling truck of my own in the trailer.nnNo communication to the customer on the progress of selling item's. An very reluctant to check the computer for how much item's sell for. Very rude negitive telephone manner. Receptionist will tell you nothing forthcoming.nnVery impolite, very unprofessional. Mallusk branch more helpful. Would recommend the owner of the company puts his staff on a new customer relations course ASAP. AVOID.
Stay well clear of these cow-boys!! They be a mile of with their estimates.. Not taking into account how much money a car would need spent on it to get it road worthy. Communications a big problem too.. Wait for days to hear back from one of the auctioneers. Avoid at all costs.. CITY AUCTION GROUP BELFAST IS A MUCH BETTER PLACE TO BUY FROM
Found the staff here very helpful and friendly. Giving advice and helpful tips. Have been excellent every time I've been.
