Great park with lots of play equipment for young children. Set in an open park with basketball/ tennis court, a bowls club and spectacular views over the town and Lake District. Playground: A great place for young children, well kept and tidy.

Amazing park, great play equipment for little & bigger kids, plenty of benches
Fantastic newly built park for the local children.. well needed for the area. My kids really enjoy playing in the park since it was fully revamped this year. We also take a picnic to munch whilst chatting to other mums and friends on the park benches whilst watching the kids enjoy themselves.
Brilliant playground with equipment to suit a range of ages.
Obvious that a lot of money has been spent on this park recently, with a large variety of high quality play equipment, plus brightly coloured rubber mulch flooring adding an extra dimension of safety. Wish we'd had these when I was a kid - our playgrounds looked more like battlegrounds
Great time with the kids this morning, everyone was respectful of each other - it was just nice to see different kids playing together after so long of not being able to beyond the walls of schools.

This park was good but now after the redevelopment it’s incredible! Huge park with the best range of playground things I’ve ever seen. Great park with the usual swings and equipment for the kids but also has gym equipment for the health conscious. Very pleasant park for all ages.
Great kids park . Stop letting your 13+ come here with out a guardian it ruins it for the little ones when drinks are thrown down slides and big kids fill the climbing frame tops up
