My Husband ordered a beautiful bouquet online for our wedding anniversary, and when they arrived the bouquet was nothing at all like shown on the website it was in fact a bunch of cheap flowers with diamanté’s stuck on them , they replied a day later to to my complaint to say that they would add some more roses if il liked, but it was too late they had already sent me the cheap bouquet and couldn’t add the roses for a another 2 days anyway, I can’t honestly believe that Willows is justifying the flowers they sent as acceptable to what is shown online definitely will not use them ever again!!!
Apologies for the delay in posting a review...nothing but praise and recommendation for this local florist, nothing too much trouble whatsoever, quality of all the flowers and arrangements I have purchased have been nothing short of fantastic, most recently at my wedding. Every detail covered by the girls in the shop. Would highly recommend. Shop local.
I have received a number of bunches from willows, for Valentine's Day and other occasions and each time they have been absolutely stunning, I have never seen more beautiful flowers and the attention to detail is what makes them, please don't stop this girls it really sets the flowers apart from anywhere else. Last week I went into the shop for the first time to order flowers myself and the girls were lovely, as was the little cat! Could not fault the service, I went in with not much of an idea of what I wanted and 15 minutes later I left with the most stunning bunch of flowers. Beautiful every single time, theres no where else I would buy flowers from now
I have now ordered a few bouquets from the lovely ladies at willows florist they go the extra mile to make each of them amazing with the personal touch. They are so creative and have the most beautiful flowers and designs. I would always recommend this florist for all occasions and wouldn't go anywhere else, truly amazing.
Ordered my mum some flowers for her 70th. Due to covid i couldnt deliver but my mum loved them. The added extra touches to the arrangement, which i didnt ask for, were stunning. Thank you very much.
I went into the shop very excited to purchase and order flowers for my forthcoming wedding. I found the lady to be unfriendly and to be perfectly honest miserable, dispite my best efforts to be cheery! I was looked down upon when I told her I would not be having button holes!! I was informed they would email me with a quote when they priced it all up. I presumed I would here within a few days however, days have passed and I am still waiting several days later!! Needless to say I will be getting my flowers elsewhere. The flowers may be alright, but the customer service is shabby at best.
I ordered the sunshine basket for my mum's 70th birthday last minute and at short notice. The ladies explained they could do this for me, but the basket would not be exactly the same as it was dependant on what stock they had in the shop at the time. I ordered them at ten o'clock on Saturday morning and they were delivered by twelve thirty. My mum was absolutely thrilled with them. They are beautiful! What a fantactic little shop, customer service is second to none and I will not be buying my flowers from anywhere else from now on!
Excellent Local Florists - Two Very Artistic Girls We have now used Willows numerous times, and always get very good, fresh flowers, artistic arrangements, individually selected. Friendly and helpful with local delivery service. Today both were beavering away despite having colds, and still staying cheerful. You can't take days off sick when you run your own business!... especially just before Christmas.
