Story

Swimming
The centre has a six lane 25 metre swimming pool and 10 metre x eight metre teaching pool, available for general swimming, fun time and inflatable sessions, lessons, aquafit and much more! Take part in a relaxing twilight swim or swim for fitness.

Fitness
A wide choice of fitness classes are available in our studio throughout the week. Enjoy a workout in our modern fitness gym or take part in an activity in our six court sports hall.

Bouldering Wall
Prepare to reach new heights in our indoor climbing wall, now included as part of our fitness and swim membership or pay as you go.

Staff are always welcoming, friendly and helpful.... and enthusiastic.  Classes are well planned, supportive, stretch and challenge as well as embracing beginners and those a little less confident.  Staff listen to your comments and suggestions and always try to accommodate where possible.  A great place to be for the feel good factor.  Thank you staff for all your hard work.

There is sooo much to do like; bouldering, swimming, go to the gym and theres more like a play area for children. I would totally recommend this place!

has a gym, pools and classes. can't just drop in for fitness sessions, need to have appointment. not brilliantly run. could do with better cleaning and regularly. it's better than not having anything here.

Come here for my daughter's gymnastics. They have a wide range of different classes, a gym and a swimming pool. The staff are helpful and friendly and the place is clean with ample parking

Great place my 9 year old does gymnastics here. Sam is great and all the staff are lovely I attend swimming and gym. Very clean and great place to come x
