To whom it may concern I have used The Willow Tree Workshop for various projects over the years with the latest piece of furniture being a bespoke shelving unit for my craft room, from concept to finished product I cannot recommend this company enough. They have understood my needs and then produced a really versatile shelving unit perfect for me to use, they always ensure that they leave a clean and tidy area during and when finishing of works. The team are always friendly and helpful and always provide great customer service. I have also used them for kitchens, bathrooms and bedroom furniture and would be happy to give a personal recommendation. They're great at providing creative ideas to solve any issues that you may have around the home. Many Thanks

I started using this Joinery company last year and found them very good to work with. I needed some bespoke joinery work for a local client. They were fast and efficient and met the deadlines that we had agreed upon. A couple of weeks ago I needed help repairing a bay window. They came and took measurements for the repair, then provided me with a quote. Very reasonable for the work that was needed and they delivered the materials on time. Finish was excellent! Willow Tree recently refurbished our bathroom and kitchen. They discussed our requirements, drew up detailed plans and carried out the work quickly, efficiently and to an excellent standard. They were respectful and polite at all times. Their transformation far exceeded our high expectations.

Avoid. I've recently had dealings with this firm and can honestly say I have never experianced such appauling customer service! After being told, (by me) another firm had won the contract, my client suffered a constant barrage of abrupt, rude harrasing calls and messages. This included the use of witheld numbers.(We have evidance, should it be required). These 'continued' calls can only be discribed as 'harrassment, and feel personal. It's now so bad I've had to warn them 'any further contact would leave us no option but to contact the police ' Yes that bad!!!!!!!!. I find this completely unacceptable behaviour from any person let alone a company! unbelievable, I've been in construction for over 30 years and have NEVER experianced anything like it ! Be warned! KP 17/06/15 Just to add, I left the origonal feedback (above) over 3 months ago, directly after the incident discribed within it. I also note your reply was a 1 week ago Also funny that, at the weekend, Saturday night / Sunday morning to be exact, damage was caused to my van, the two rear tyres had been slashed. I have reported it to the Police and will now also make them aware of the recent comments being left over the net and below. All of which, have occured in the last week or so. I stand by my comments, and futher add . My client will confirm your previous actions to the police in a statement, if required. Below I also include the email sent to you, dated 12 March 2015: John Please take notice: If any further contact is made by you, to my Client (AC) she /I will have no alternative but to report you to the Police and trading standards. This type of harassment is totally unacceptable for any normal person to inflict let alone business. I have explained to you on more than one occasion, you did not get this contract. My clients where not happy with both your price and with the way you conducted business, namely with regard to the lack of spare plans (no copies given to show and discuss with her husband etc). This I explained to you the day after you met with Mrs. C with your draft plan. I have since called and reiterated you did not get the contract. Still you again called me at 6.30pm on Tuesday 10th March, (initialing mistaking me for Mr. C) ranting on about the fact 'it was three day's work' preparing the plans etc. I once again explained you had not won the contract and asked you, again to drop it and to stop hassling my clients. Mrs. C has called me again this evening (Thursday 12th March) distressed at the way you've been behaving, she has a young family and is a very busy lady. she has been updating me on a daily basis with regard to calls missed and messages left by you, so know this is not an isolated incident. I've been in business for over 30 years and understand just how much time is taken up pricing jobs. I also understand It's the consumers right to compare prices, this inevitably means you will never win every job priced. This is a fact of life! We are all living in a free, competitive, democratic, society. Life goes on, get over it. Karl Parker Reviewers can now make thier own mind up, this is my honest opinion and what I experianced.
