We have used Willow motor works for years for MOT, service and repairs and they have always give a friendly professional service.   Knowledgeable, always polite and so easy to book with.  The service from Willow over the years is consistent, from  our company vans to  our own family vehicles we  have complete trust with this company and will always recommend them.

Called Willow Motor Works on the off chance they'd be able to help with a repair on my vehicle as this is where I usually go for services and MOT. Chris said I could come in same day without an appointment for them to assess the damage and see what my options were. The undertray had detached from my vehicle and was slightly damaged. Chris  very kindly reattached the part there and then for me at no cost. He advised the cost of a new part if/when I decide to have the damaged one replaced and said he could get that ordered for me if I go ahead with the replacement. This level of care is rare to find these days and I'm so grateful to have this garage on our doorstep.

Another year and another MOT !!  Effortless to book in and as always efficient and polite service.  I have been using Willow Motor Works for many years, for both business and personal vehicles.  I have no hesitation  recommending them.

I had my Audi Q3 service here for years, now Range Rover Evoque.

I have used Willow for servicing/MOT/repairs on my company cars and own cars for over 30 years.  My daughter now uses them.  They have been excellent over this time - reliable, friendly, informative, fairly-priced and honest.  The convenient location close to my workplace is a bonus..!  It is probably rare to use a service for so many years but it is also difficult to find companies with which you are highly satisfied.

I've been visiting Willow Motors since the early 1990's with a succession of not the newest of cars for MOTs, services and repairs. They have always done reliable work, been very friendly to deal with and given good advice and options on repair work. I've never felt that they have tried to oversell what needs dong. Recommended.
