Willow Farm
"Willow Farm is a family-friendly pub in the Newcastle area with an indoor play area for the kids. Lying within Northumberland Business Park on the edge of Cramlington, our Farmhouse Inn is around seven miles from the city centre and a similar distance from Newcastle Airport. Take a break in our beer garden and connect to free Wi-Fi as you visit. We're known as one of the top carvery pubs around, serving a traditional pub Sunday roast seven days a week. We've got plenty of other pub classics on our food menu, along with a hearty pub breakfast each and every morning. Got a sweet tooth? Don't miss our ice cream parlour or dessert cabinet. We also have disabled facilities, coach parking, and a selection of pub deals to keep you even happier."

If you are on the motorbike we highly recommend this place. We were on the long journey on the motorbike. Found it on the google maps. Really nice place. Very friendly atmosphere. We experienced very friendly welcome even though we entered in bike helmets with bags. We were approached straight away. We asked how it works here and been given explanation. The carvery was very nice. I had turkey and my husband had gammon. Good selection. We stayed for about an hour to get some rest. We were asked if we needed anything and if everything is good frequently always with a little chat and a smile. Served at the counter by Cameron we got a great service. We sat close to the bar and we have seen Cameron serving every customer with a smile and courtesy.
Lovely food, nice setting, friendly staff , reasonable prices and desserts to die for!Food: 5/5
Today myself and my mother went for a meal and i was extremely dissapointed i ordered a farmhouse salad for £9.29 which was advertised as a quinoa and mixed bean salad on a bed of mixed leaves , which was just not the case , it was a lettuse a few onions and peppers and a tiny amount of beans and quinoa, i did complain and another amount of quinoa was brought out but no mixed beans to be seen, clearly the mixed beans must have been in short supply. Not what i paid for and certainly not as described. We wont be going back sadly. I then turned around to see a sign that said spill the beans , they didnt so i did.
Great place, lovely carvery, was served by Alice who was really sweet and helpful, Will definitely be coming back. They do drinks in 2 pints, massive glasses, we were amazed.Food: 5/5
Visited for the first time today after a recommendation from our neighbour. We weren't disappointed. Got the standard carvery & have to say i wouldn't like to see the size of the large carvery! The standard was huge & very well cooked. Great place with great staff. Couldn't fault it at all apart from 1 annoying kid running around! Fantastic food & great price. Will definitely be returning to Willow Farm again especially as the wife is quite fussy about places & she was impressed. Thank you to all who work there
We came for tea unplanned one evening… service was fab. Abby F our server was lovely, polite and helpful. The chef serving the carvery was really friendly and a huge thank you to the server who helped with allergy advice. We all had carvery… it was hot, lots of choice and the meat was lovely. Dessert beat all of us but Abby kindly boxed this for us to take home. Our 5 year old has informed us we will be back. … Dietary restrictions: Allergy advice on website was a good start and staff were very helpful - we have a nut allergy
I've been there twice now, once for the carvery and the other for the a la carte menu. It was good both times. The carvery is as expected, good. The menu is quite good too. They are a Greene King restaurant and pub but they have a different menu from the usual ones, much better ones. Good cake selection as well. Staff very helpful with my elderly parents. Made a very enjoyable meal out. Cake and carvery for £10, can't go wrong. special offer. Thank you. Could do with more disabled spaces though, they're always full.Food: 5/5
I am incredibly disappointed with the meal which was served to me last week, and as a regular I am appalled that this is allowed to leave the kitchen judging by previous meals I have received which have been impeccable. I will not be returning as I am disgusted. The 'Curried Chicken Skewer' is supposed to include salad, yoghurt and mint sauce, spring onions and a pot of curry sauce separate. I have family who work for Greene King and they would not allow this meal to leave the kitchen as it is an embarrassment to company standards. The first photo is the meal which I received last year with everything included and the second photo is what I received last week.
Great place for the family to have a meal. The food is great quality and decent portion sizes. The ice cream selection is great. The venue is cosy and clean. Staff are friendly.Food: 5/5
