Have just come back from a choir trip to France on a Williams bus driven by Ryan, who we all agreed is an excellent driver, friendly, professional and accommodating at all times. The way he negotiated those difficult and bendy back roads was nothing short of brilliant. Thank you Ryan

dangerous driver bus reg "P901 GMU" , pushes through traffic, changes lanes without looking. With a school bus sticker on the back.... don't trust your kids with these lunatics, have the whole thing on video.

I was travelling back from Penzance to Truro on the 1924 coach replacement service for the train. I got so far as St Erth and needed to use the toilet I asked if he could unlock the door to the toilet and he replied no, I then asked if I could go on the station and he replied you have a few seconds I replied this won't be enough time, he then said go on but hurry up. As I got off the bus and started walking to the station he drove off and left me stranded in St Erth. I couldn't believe it. It would appear to me that this employee is not suitably qualified for his job. Be warned anybody driving on these coaches they don't do toilet stops.

My passenger and I were coming down the Carnon Downs bypass this afternoon at 5.05pm. Traffic was backed up in the left hand lane heading for Falmouth as it was the evening rush hour. An '07 plate FT Williams coach came piling down the right hand lane so fast, that when he past us, my passenger let out "He's not going to be able to stop!", for the Devoran roundabout. The coach was indicating right all the while. On entering the roundabout in the right hand lane and indicating to turn right, the driver performed the classic boy racer stunt of then not turning right and forcing his way into the solid queue of traffic going straight on to Falmouth. He'd jumped the tailed back traffic on the dual bypass by driving like a 17yo idiot. It was the most deliberately wreckless, stupid and inconsiderate piece of coach driving I've possibly ever seen. Clearly, the driver forgot that he was behind the wheel of a 52 seater and thought that he was racing his Saxo. I will be contacting FT Williams management.
