Lucky to be marginally better than it’s only other rival merchant yet still useless.
The manager and assistant manager spend all there time in the back room on their phones messing about ignoring what goes on in the shop.
The two big guys will go out there way to help, never a time I go in when they are not working hard doing something. 
The girl is always stood in the same place playing on her phone, ready to serve yet every other thing you ask for she has to ask one of the other staff. 
Constantly get let done with orders (wrong items, damaged items, longer than was told, or not even ordered at all) really frustrating when promise are made to customers.
Getting told something is in stock on the phone yet when I come in it’s not. And the only explanation is ‘oh well we’re showing ‘x’ amount’.Is it so hard to sort stock out?
This review is written to invoke change as this is my most convenient merchant and to be a voice of the plumbing community who share my ongoing frustrations. 
Hoping the rumours of a screwfix are true.

In response to "Steve" I don't know if your a saw ex-girl friend, some 1 not doing so good or have a crush on them but it's no way to go about a personal vendetta. The guys at the petersfield branch are great. They bend over backwards to help and there is no other merchant out there that holds such a vast stock and if they don't have it they will defiantly get it for u asap. They will always stay later and have even opened on a sat to get me out of trouble. So Steve you Muppet. Take your fake reviews and stick them where the sun doesn't shine. Yours sincerely an actual plumbing and heating engineer

Great bunch, really friendly and helpful.
If on occasion they dont have the stock that i need they charge around all over the place to fulfill the order.
Ignore the couple of negative reviews.

Always open and ready to serve at 7am. Unlike some merchants these guys go out there way to get your goods to you as quickly as possible. Free delivery.

Steve makes some good points Andy doesn’t care and Russ isn’t the best , but I agree the way he went about it was wrong. There is room for improvement tho.
