Hi this is Maggie a resident at Williams Place. I would like to welcome all new and potential residents home! Since moving here we have had the best care and service on the planet from the management and staff. Dan and Debbie ,Mark and Stephanie are on top of everything that makes it a wonderful place to live. The beautiful surroundings are kept immaculate and they decorate for every occasion better than New York City!. There are all the activities you could ever want and anything you need is available! All of the staff are friendly,caring and helpful! I read a review that said they didn't return a deposit but find that hard to believe, knowing the honest and fair treatment we have always received. Our visiting families have loved their visits and are so happy knowing how well we are cared for! On a scale of 1 to 10 we give Williams Pace 100!
Nicest assisted living facility in the area. Delivered flowers to a resident there. Really nice people and top notch facility overlooking Lake Davidson.
The current management is petty and does not treat the residents with respect. They will decline to serve you if you don’t sit at designated tables in the dining hall. They don’t accommodate for restricted diets. The manager will not listen to the residents for ways to improve the place. If you don’t get along with the manager, you will not have a pleasant stay. The building is in need of repair and is showing it’s age. When my parents moved out after only 3 months there, they continued to charge the rent, claiming we didn’t give sufficient notice- very unethical place. The on site management should be removed.
Food is unhealthy, managers are terrible and wicked people who operates unjustly. HR protects and supports such poor and unethical behavior. Managers are liars and petty backstabbing people. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here, let-a-lone put your retired love ones here!!! So many much nicer places with kind loving management. Do your research or you will be sorry!

I have lived at Williams Place Gracious Retirement Living for exactly a year and absolutely love it. The food is excellent; our apartments are cleaned and linens changed weekly; and there's fun things to do on a daily basis and also weekly excursions. The managers and assistant managers live on site and go beyond the call of duty to accommodate us. Recently I fell and within practically seconds, the manager responded to my call for help. What a joy it is to spend my last years in the beautiful facility!
My mother stays in this lovely home. The staff is excellent, the building is beautiful and the location on the water is beautiful. They have so much to offer included help if you need it. My mother has a little dog as many other do and she is welcome to have her. You or your loved ones will like it very much.
Outstanding! My mother was at another facility that didn't compare to this outstanding facility. The food is exceptional and nutritious. It's beautiful and in a lovely location as well. The support staff for the most part lives on site. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. The price is very reasonable compared to other locations. I highly recommend it.
My mother lived here and called it the hotel. Dan and Debbie are amazing managers and truly care about their residents. We only wish this option had been available sooner for us. Independent adult living with all the perks of being on vacation!
Love this place for Senior Living. Right off of Lake Norman is this gracious place where your parents can rest, eat and enjoy fun activities! I teach at this center and I can say first hand, these Seniors live graciously and are gracious themselves! Stop in and take a tour!
