We employed williams lester to compile and submit our annual return. We were initially impressed by the service and especially by the use of electronic documentation. Unfortunately, when we raised a number of retrospective queries williams lester were utterly dismissive and shirked any kind of professional responsibility. Unfortunately on that basis alone we cannot recommend their services. Only now is the true incompetence of David Poole coming to light, as we discover the mess he made of our last tax return.
