Absolute joke of a company they tow your car for the police the police then admits I shouldn't have been charged £150 recovery because I was the victim of an assault but taking all this into consideration I paid it so the police have told me ken Williams should refund me after numerous calls to the arrogant members of staff at Ken Williams especially Justin who keeps telling me if I paid by debit card they would refund me but because I paid cash they reckon they can't refund me they are going to have to send a cheque to the police management company and they will refund me the police should take all they've work elsewhere because men williams and the jokes that work for him are the biggest criminals of the Lot they are quick enough to tow your car and take your money but when it comes to giving it back you've got no chance keeping something that dosent belong to you is theft so how ironic a company that works for the police are the biggest thieves of the lott
