I have had a good experience with this company. They fitted my gas central heating for me in my flat and did a really good professional job. Took care to preserve the wooden flooring as best as they could, came on time, tided up after, and basically did what they said they would, when they said they would. After sales care has been really good too - nothing has been too much bother for them to be honest. Recommended.

installation was professionally done, Engineer cleaned up before he left. Appreciated the courtesy call day after the installation. Good after sales service- small problem with the wifi controller sorted on the same day. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend them

Did a great job installing a Worcester Bosch Combi boiler. The engineer came out on the day allocated and completed the installation/commissioning all in one day. This is a very customer focused company.Would definitely recommend this company.PositiveResponsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Value

Do your background checks on this company especially online and with Companies House. It demands payments before they are due despite clearly outlined in their own contract, and more than once walked off the job. After bringing in another company, we then discovered issues with main water pipe coming into house, incorrect install of air source heat pump and even bath not connected to waste pipe.

Has not done anything yet but very good othwise used the for 4 years now no problems

Awful company to deal with , always excuses as to not show up on time , when you call the attitude of staff is horrendous ,, avoid like the plague .

Boiler just serviced. Polite tidy engineers, and clear pricing.
