If I could give them 6 stars I would. The service is second to none. Laura went out of her way to send various photos so I could see the size and detail in true time so to speak this service clenched the deal. I have dealt with William May once before and again the service was excellent and I was very pleased with the quality of the jewelery.
Had a slight problem with my first order as it didn’t go through properly and the bracelet I wanted sold but the staff were very quick to sort this out and offered me many similar alternatives, I spoke with a lovely women called Laura and she was so helpful and very informative with answering all my questions. The bracelet has arrived and I am very happy. It is in amazing condition and I am over the moon with it. Delivery was so quick, will definitely be using again.
I have recently made a purchase from William May and they were efficient and helpful during the whole process. I dealt with Laura who went above and beyond to assist me with all my queries. She was a pleasure to dealt with. Highly recommend.
Absolute amazing service. I wanted to exchange for a thicker bracelet and when I rang they were so helpful and it was a very quick exchange! Really happy with the bracelet.
The worst Jewellers I have ever seen. On the first day we ordered wedding rings white gold to be tried on the next day - as promised the jeweler.  On the second day we were to wait for a call from them - what time we can try on the rings - no one called us. On day 3 my partner went to them and it turned out that is not next day service... but now we must wait for about 3 weeks to only try on. On the first day they said they have workshop on the top floor and can remake the wedding rings as we want on the same day.. Since our wedding have organized a month of time, we could not afford to wait so long. The jeweler knew about it, but he didn't feel guilty that he lied to us.  I highly do not recommend this place.
