I viewed my house with a young negotiator Bea  and she was very professional. Bea helped me with my concerns about down sizing, pointed out alternatives to ensure I could happily live in my new home and then communicated well throughout the whole sale process. From the moment that we met Oliver at William H Brown, Framlingham we know we were in safe hands. As first time buyers looking to purchase our first home, Oliver walked us through the process from start to finish with incredible professionalism. He listened to our requirements and even managed to show us around a house the day it was put on the market. The one that is now our home. All staff at William H Brown were professional, polite and knowledgeable. I know when it comes to selling our home we will definitely be using William H Brown - Could not recommend more.

After having used one of the online services to sell our house with little success, we decided to try William H Brown. Both Ollie and Phoebe were great from the outset in getting viewings. Once we had a buyer they were also attentive in following the process through to the sale. Great stuff.

Friendly but ultimately ineffective. Sold our house last year, with them  Within a week or ten days Ollie tried to persuade us to reduce the price which we held firm on. We we're asked to vacate the property on one occasion only to find out not be informed that the viewing did not take place. After receiving and accepting an offer, things went quiet, we received a letter from our buyers expressing difficultly in contacting WHB, when we made enquiries, we found that the whole staff had been furloughed, in the middlr of our sale with no notification is whatsoever. After they returned to work, we were eager to progress things, we we're constantly trying to find out what was going on, at one point being told that Ollie chased things up on a Tuesday! In the end we found out more from our buyers estate agents Tim at David Burr about delays down a short chain than we ever found out from WHB. Pleasant, made the right noises but ultimately ineffective. Wouldn't use them again.

Bought through William H Brown. Dealing with Ollie was a pleasure, always willing to go the extra mile to keep communication strong, morale high and arising issues solved. His drive and energy was commendable and helped make the what is always stressful situation easier. Thanks. Would sincerely recommend you to friends. Marc
