During a very stressful search for my forever home, I was met on a viewing by Shona from W.H. Brown of the Corby branch and I have to say Shona was like a breath of fresh air, very cheerful, helpful, positive and very professional. A credit to the company and branch.
It is my first time selling a house. The agent was easy to talk to. The information was very useful in answering my questions. I have a greater understanding of the market and how sales are handled.
Zero stars as possibly the worst Estate agent I have ever used. No communication Check small print in contract as I agreed 4-6 weeks but signed up for 20. my fault for not reading properly.
William H Brown estate agents sold my house within 7 days of marketing. I couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience. Katrina the mortgage broker in the Corby branch was excellent. Not only did she help negotiate with our buyer but also provided our mortgage after discussing all available options with me. If I was to move or buy and sell property again, I would use these guys again. Secondly, when it comes to mortgage renewal time I will return to Katrina.
Not to be trusted. Epitomises why the general public hold estate agents in such low esteem. Was trying to buy through them, offered full asking price but would only recommend us to their client if we met with their mortgage adviser. More interested in selling a mortgage than checking whether we had a solid chain behind us. Count your fingers after you have shaken their hand!
Really happy with the servise as a first time buyer thinking it would be really hard to get a mortgage but thanks to KATRINA that made my experience unforgettable. Had my house within 2months everything done no stress Will come again and thank you very much KATRINA recommended All Day Long!! Alex
Poor customer service. Rude over phone. Communication between agents doesn't exist, one says one thing, the other something completely opposite. Cancelling appointments at the last minute. Very disorganised when it comes to paperwork will ask you for something, then after 2 months decide they want something different. The only thing they will try to sell you is their own mortgage advisor's services and trying to convince you it is almost impossible to buy a house without her. Would not recommend them at all!
