We bought our home through William H Brown and have to say the service we received was first class, with a particular mention to Carla who was efficient and professional throughout, and better still was incredibly reassuring when things got a little fraught with exchange/ completion dates. The service from the whole organisation was excellent.

Excellent service from valuation to recieving offer. I have used this agent in the past. Carla in particular was really good keeping me informed throughout.

I can’t recommend using William H Brown enough, they are fantastic!  They helped us look home and organise our mortgage though their mortgage broker service. We moved over from Manchester to Beverley and worked with Kallum and Phillipa. Both both Kallum and Philipa  were professional, efficient and always happy to help!

Phillipa arranged my mortgage for me and made the entire process so simple. I was very happy with the support I received from William H Brown.  Not only did they quickly find a buyer for my house but they made the whole process of selling the house easy.  Professional people for whom nothing was too much trouble!

Oh my goodness what an incompetent team at Beverley branch. Been trying to view a property on their books for 2 weeks. Each time I ring I'm given the third degree about my financial situation then told the property has a tenant... I KNOW! YOU HAVE TOLD ME 3 TIMES AND I CAN READ! Each time I'm told someone will ring me back when they have spoke to the tenant but no one ever does. I ring them back again and start the whole process again... Financial interrogation, told the property has a tenant, told they will ring me back! If you want to pay a high street estate agent a small fortune to do everything possible to NOT sell your house I can fully recommend WHB as they are very good at doing everything possible to block a purchase. I suspect things would have been different if I had agreed to speak to their mortgage brokers but as I have my own I suspect this could be the reason they are blocking me.
