Messed my sister about for nearly 6 weeks, deciding if her offer would be excepted,on a certain house which was not even on the selling site, at the time. even though her house been sold from like 2nd day of being on market. Don't return  calls, don't keep you in the know. Now she's had to pull out, And now starting again with a different estate agent. I know someone else who used these, had similar problems, hardly any viewings then said we don't do commercial buildings after several months on market

Fantastic service from the Gorleston branch regarding the recent sale of our house, and in particular from Aaron.  Only taking seven weeks from our initial enquiry to completion, and every step of the way Aaron handled everything in an extremely professional way - his knowledge, professional attitude, and willingness to answer every question that cropped up in a timely manner were particularly impressive.  The circumstances of the sale meant that, at times, it wasn’t easy for us, but Aaron remained discrete and caring throughout - something I really appreciated very much. Really really pleased with William H Brown, after spending 3 months on the market with a different agent and hardly any veiwing, I moved over to William H Brown and they managed to sell my house for full asking price in less than a week, totally professional service, really impressed with Laura Langleys sales tactics and her ability to bend over backwards to please customer and keep all parties happy!! Brilliant communications and fantastic marketing strategies, they had me on me market with in hours!!
