It took literally an hour to get through, and when my call was picked up it was already 15 minutes passed their official closing but the agent was very professional. Unfortunately, because I'm not a party to the claim, she could not give me the claim number or a progress report for GDPR reasons but at least I managed to confirm they have the claim.
If you call this court maybe any court the phone call will not be picked up until you have been on hold for around 55 minutes. Same every time. Why does the court's phone system make you wait almost an hour before it will allow your call to be picked up. Same as how the court's allow councils to send bailiffs without entering judgement. Not legal for the rest of us
This is an appalling service. It’s a joke to call it HMCourt service. You cannot get through on the phone for hours and when You do it’s to a call center that has no way of helping you at all. We have been waiting for a warrant of possession since Jan as a possession order from the court carries no weight. We can get no one to action it. All the while I have had no rent on my property since June of last year. No wonder people are selling their rental properties. We as owners have no rights what so ever!!! What is going on with our judicial services??? Who are we protecting. It seems if you work hard and abide by the law you are penalised!!!
Unfortunately there is no point in contacting them - they can't offer same day appointments to get a simple document signed, and their phone operator seems to take personal glee in telling you they can't offer any alternative advice. I'll be taking a complaint further.
Am trying to contact the court for last 3 days what this poor service for is this a joke what should ido now ithink it's gov facility can't be like this kind of getting people in trouble by the court reception idont think is that busy to be 3 days can't speak to the court regarding my applaction its shame to this service in court
Unbelievable waited over 1hr20mins couldn't wait any longer as it didnt seem like anybody would answer... If they are short staffed they need to hire extra staff, how frustrating
Called the number with some hesitation after reading the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised when it was answered within 3 minutes and got my query sorted out. Five stars *****
Went to court against a parking ticket in 2019 and asked for evidence and the so called Judge said I m satisfied with UKPC and you have to pay that fine in 2023 I said I just want to see evidence for me parking in their premises but that so called JUDGE said final decision pay the fine and court expenc. When you are fighting a big company court is always against you. Shame Corrupt system of court.
I am yet another unfortunate individual affected by the court system, facing difficulties in reaching the enquiries line or receiving responses via email. Even attending court in person just to obtain an update has proven futile, as no correspondence is sent to the provided address on my claim. As members of the public, we are required to pay substantial fees to access court services, yet we receive no customer service, no answers to our inquiries, and encounter unhelpful staff who seem unwilling to assist. It is perplexing why the government has chosen to reduce staff levels at the courts and outsource the telephone lines. Who is actually handling these matters? The frustration and exorbitant costs associated with pursuing answers through an unresponsive query line are truly disheartening.
Staff answered my call after 52 minutes and she was polite and helpful. Unfortunately court is extremely understaffed and long waiting time is chronic.
