I never thought that a Court can deal in such a bad way with a Claim in UK. I have waited for 2 years to get a date for a Claim. In the end I got nothing and made the payment to the other company. Now we have over 10 months waiting for them to clear the CCJ from the Register and they always reply when they reply after months that they have a backlog of cases. Someone should do an investigation to this Court to see the way they deal with the Cases.
Disabled. Drove all the way there to get a signature as referred by CAB. 2 big security guys on the door. Would not let me in. Would not let my service dog in. Would not allow me to make an appointment. Waste of time and I have since been told I should have been able to walk in and get signatures on paperwork. Will go elsewhere.

I contacted the national court helpline, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. After waiting over 90 minutes as caller number 149, I was finally connected to someone who was working from home. Her children were playing in the background, making it difficult to have a clear conversation. When I asked her to move to a quieter space, she responded rudely.nnThe only advice she could give me was to email the court, which was useless because my previous emails have gone unanswered. It's incredibly frustrating to think that my taxes are funding such a poorly managed and ineffective service. I expect better, and this experience has left me with serious concerns about the quality of support being provided to the public.
too bad we can't score 0. I called for a simple and short query there's just one national number, I was 110 in the queue ! had to wait 1h30 but nobody picked up the phone. Complete disgrace - incompetent people.
