It's a great shop everything you want toiletries, stuff for the home and garden. Wallpaper and paint etc Plus stationery and birthday cards. Even a section for equipment for cyclists. Recommend it
As a frequent shopper at Wilko, each time I visit this branch, a person I assume to be supervisor red hair seems to be shouting at staff, who are doing their best to reduce queues resulting from limited numbers of cashiers. I have always found staff to be friendly and helpful, and find this to be unprofessional and embarrassing behaviour in front of customers. I feel sorry for those being subjected to this, and feel some form of retraining for this individual may be appropriate.
Wilko a handy shop to have. I've never had a problem with anything I bought from there. Staff are friendly . Tina inparticular a very friendly and pleasant member of staff and is always very helpful.
I couldn't buy most of what I came for, due to no stock, shelves seemed very depleted. The overall appearance of the store wasn't inviting either, dirty, with rubbish on the floor. I found the staff rude, they didn't acknowledge me, say hello or anything, just carried on talking between themselves when I was at the checkout. I wouldn't recommend this branch at all.
This place has gotten worse over time with self check out, nothing on the shelves, and I think that this place will be shutting down in the near future.
Staff friendly . Cheap but good quality. For instance these reading glasses I'm now using to write this review with were about 5 pounds but they feel sturdy. The shelves are a bit poorly stocked at the moment, presumably because of corvus..
Great place for your essentials and other thing's you require for diy
Really staff help me and kindly nice lovely . Worth cheap and some sale good worth
Used to be such a nice store with friendly helpful staff. Not sure what has happened. I go in store every Saturday and I find the floor staff in particular so incredibly rude. It is like they can't be bothered to do anything and don't get me started on manners!! The younger staff should also understand, we all have to get old.
Like to say a massive thank you to Ann at the Northfield branch who went above and beyond to help find 150 hamper baskets I got them all that day by going to 5 different stores keep up the good work Ann...my work now begins
