Absolutely lovely staff in this store, all very friendly and efficient, only downside of late in all wilko stores I've noticed is bare shelves and stock shortages. Also price increases but that's to be expected. Still very reasonable prices and often some good bargains to be had
Really friendly staff. The store is always clean and things are easy to find. They've had some really good deals on recently for those wanting to save the pennies.
Went in to find a couple of basic items which I couldn’t find let alone even see a label on the shelf. Staff I approached were rude, unhelpful and barely took the time to even acknowledge me let alone help me find the products I needed. Ended up leaving the shop empty handed as I was walking around aimlessly for about 10 minutes. I work in customer service myself- if doesn’t take a moment to help someone in need, especially if they were polite approaching you.
Cannot believe what they stock. Always get what I need or staff very helpful with advise.

Nice shop... Shame about the abrupt rude woman who works there. Didn't catch her name but puts you off going back in.

Initially the store didn't seem that busy but the narrow aisles with high shelves and mid-aisle cages with products made me feel a little claustrophobic. I quickly found the item I wanted to buy and started approaching the tills to find a queue half way down the shop. Turns out, this was for cash only purchases. There are self-checkouts for card only purchases. The store has lots of items at good prices when compared to other local stores.
Always have what I'm looking for. Only reason for 4 stars = always staff standing around yet 1 cashier on? Doesn't take 3 members to watch the self serve? Maybe open less self serve which is mostly card only and more cashiers on tills?
Value for money with quality goods such as gardening and DIY, not to mention bicycle accessories etc are just what a town needs to raise the competition. Also their special offers are legend.
