Didn't have Wagg treats and Wagg dog food Have had them for months
Staff are friendly and helpful. There’s a lot of items out of stock so that’s why I’ve only given 3 stars. Shame there’s no disabled parking outside the store, not there fault but I’m sure they could talk to the company/council who runs the car park…maybe they already have. Update. The owners of the car park have kindly added a number of disables bays for parking.

All ways shop at wilko,staff are very friendly and helpful.
Very good items, did buy wood block to make a campfire. Prices do come along fair with items. Pick 'n' mix is very tasty.

Always liked range of seasonal sweets and decor but this wilko took it to another level - everything is clean, nice and festive. Polite staff with high customer service skills.
It's wilkos or wilkis. Whatever they are referred to these days. Does it really matter? They have the stuff you need most of the time. I've been back and forth to wilkos many times both to the Bridgend and Maesteg branch. Don't think I've ever seen a staff member under 45 in either branch. Not a problem though as most of the staff are friendly enough despite the unfortunate reality of their woefully underpaid and dare I say underappreciated work. I have the pleasure of living just a few blocks away from my local wilko. What an honour it has been to live so close to the local boy racer get together spot. Every Friday Saturday and if I'm lucky every Sunday too. I'll hear the obnoxious screams of a dying 1.6 litre hatchback engine complete with screeching tyres and Lil Wayne. Good store and all staff are about as decent as they can be. But for the love of God someone needs to do something about the car park in Maesteg. Some nights I want to go down there myself and let their bleeding tyres down.
