staff at till was nice but security gaurd followed me and then told me to take my stuff out of out of my shopping bag and into one there basket whilst looking at me i said i uae it for health reasons and i have always been aloud to.use it he replied with well cant you see it from my point i said no as im not doing anything wronge i went to the till paud for what i got and left feeling exstremly disheartend there no reason to single me out  i wasnt doing nothing wronge i work hard may not be a fancy security guy but i work nights and then look after my daughter i dont think ill return to wilko as b&m sell pretty much same stock for same.price and have always welcome me and my shopping trolley even tho wilko have always let me use it now all the sudden i cant shame

Staff are lovely really friendly at the till do like this store and value for money.only disadvantage and this puts me off from going in at times is the cocky horrible security guard he is intimidating and looks at you like your scum and followed me the one time.yer i no he's there to do a job but thats just way over board i want to enjoy my shopping experience and i do spend money on a weekly basis in there just him he's vile!!!!!!!!
