Staff takes the law into their own hands good it's closing no more humiliation but the stuff that's wilko sold was good
Good shop, managed to get a few bits that we needed but there were several other things we couldn't find / out of stock but that's life. Really liked the self service check out! Didn't appear to be many staff working and it was fairly busy but we visited on a Sunday morning and there aren't many other places to visit in the area.
The self service till was fast and easy to use, and the staff knew where to find what I wanted straight away.
Can be abit confusing at times finding certain things but with great staff being helpful to locate certain items this does assure customers that most products are great value for money. Well done. Thank you
Generally I find the Wilko store to be well stocked of the items it sells and has a wide range. However I am disappointed that I can't buy compostable or degradable bin bags apart from the food waste caddy sacks there despite the need and wish to reduce our plastic usage. The store is clean and it's staff are friendly and polite.
Hit and miss with the prices in this place. Some items you won't find as cheap anywhere else. Other items I've found cheaper in Sainsbury's and Waitrose.
It's your regular Wilko just that, compared to others I've seen, is slightly smaller as display space for products. That doesn't change the fact that they have a decent offering of own branded products. In my opinion they are really worth the price even for their cheaper offerings. In my books that's a great plus.
Refused to serve me. I queued to pay to be told I would have to queue again at the self service till as the cashiers only take cash now. When I complained I was told if you are paying by card you have to use self service now. So I went next door to bargain buys who were more than happy to take my trade.
Excellent! A very helpful member of staff and although he was new he was able to help me find exactly what I wanted. Well done him!!
I am pleasantly surprised at what they have in stock. Friendly, helpful staff, and all the usual covid measures for customers. Wanted a mini coil whisk which none of the 'big stores' nearby carry, and there it was! So pay them a visit wearing a mask of course. There is a multistorey carpark Meridian Centre and bus terminal handy too. Wheelchair accessible.
