Many thanks to Andrew and the staff at Wilkinsons. Put an old Magnum integrated amp in for repair after a speaker channel blew. Not only did he repair the problem but he's significantly improved the performance by generally upgrading the necessary parts.  All done swiftly and very reasonably cost-wise. Highly recommended.

After being told by the official Technics repair centre that my equipment was unrepairable I took it to Wilkinsons. They've done a no-fuss repair and it works great. And the price was more than reasonable. We need to support family businesses: they are the lifeblood of our country and may not be around forever in the face of the big non tax-paying outfits. In short, absolutely excellent service. And a good sense of humour!!

I have had a number of items repaired here including a Linn LP12 deck, they do an excellent job at a reasonable price, and make an effort to ensure all aspects of function are solved and optimised where appropriate.

Extremely helpful and cheerful people. Plenty of nice equipment to look at and no pushy sale pitches. My boyfriend fell in love with the man cave at the rear of the shop, excellent sound quality.
