I like this retail outlet as it stocks just about everything. The prices seem to be creeping up and that's a shame as they were once reasonable. Hardly any floor staff and longer queues because 2 cashiers cannot deal with busy check out times.
Nice friendly and helpful staff. Well spaced out at the tills and they were sanitizing them between customers too. Can't go much wrong there... apart from it's not there anymore R.i.p.
Always good for whatever you want! Vast selection at good prices. Picked up tomato food at 2/3 price of garden centre. Also. Good value teak oil.
I like this store. I was a mystery shopper for many years and I always gave excellent reviews. The store stocks a huge selection of goods and the staff are always helpful and friendly. The only reason that I'm not awarding give stars is that during busy periods, not all checkouts are opened.
Pop in for a some bits, shelves pretty bare for silicone and flexible filler, I guess they were waiting to be restocked. I did however discover the pick and mix hardware screws etc they are a bargain if they have what you want!
First time I've been in this store since lockdown. Everything fine until I went to the checkout. Only two cashiers on but if you were paying by card then you could use a so called self service till, which was makeshift, with a member of staff talking or should I say shouting you through the correct way to do this. This was not a good experience. I wont be going back.
Good range of itmes to be purchased here. They have a clearance section in most stores and online. Products range from household items, hair and beauty care to gardening and furniture. Would recommend a visit online or in store.
I have to say that today's visit to shop at Wilko Cramlington was the same experience I have had in many years' shopping there which is extremely positive. The staff are always very friendly and extremely helpful and willing to help with any queries I may have. I cannot speak more highly of my shopping experience at this store. Thank you all at Wilko, Cramlington!
Visit regularly as we don't have hardware store local to us. Husband bought some loose grass seed.We manage to find most things we're looking for.
Good place to shop for, household goods, assortment of tools, ironmongery haberdashery items, garden equipment, plants & seeds.
