I had a fantastic customer service today in my local Wilko Gillingham Checking the bargain shelf and found a blind. It had no price or sticker attached. I was approached by a young man called Gordon who said he could help me and what a fantastic job he done! He spoke to one of his colleagues and she continued the service but a big thank you to Gordon for his assistance today. A credit to your company
What has happened to Wilko? A couple of years ago I gave them a rave review but how the mighty had fallen. I have seen this branch along with Chatham, Gravesend and Rainham empty shelves along with just one or two tills open. I hate queuing due to medical issues and have on more than one occasion, walked out in protest at the long queues. Why so many empty shelves? If I go in to Savers or B & M their shelves are fully stocked. I have a gut feeling Wilko will end up with problems and we may see less branches in future. Wilko, get your act together before the completion swamps you.
We ordered the breakfast omelette which was not a good choice. The service was good. The little custard tarts are divine.
Too much reliance on self-service tills. It does have a wide-range of items for sale, but quality and options do seem to have gone downhill in the past year. What a shame.
Clean and well presented store and staff are lovely and go above and beyond
Household supplies can be found here as well as garden tools and equipments. I recommend
You can find most of the stuff you need for your home and bathroom. Kids love toys section
There was a wheel cleaner for sale £2.50 but when I got upto the counter it was for £5. I said i saw it £2.50 at sthe stack and one of the staff member said yes i remember seeing it for £2.50 and went to sort the pricing issue. When she came back it was £3.50 which i had to leave that there, thinking i might be able to get this with my amazon prime account. Turns out ti be, buying at wilko for £3.50 was better option as it is £5.00 for the Armorall Wheel and Tire Cleaner
Good store, stock levels are the biggest problem. Staff will try to help where they can, they are polite and friendly.
