Checked at the machine, said no charge to pay as in 20 minute free period, Went to car and left, got charged £85 as was then apparently 50secs over free period. Appealed, rejected. Unfair.
Free to park here on the Sunday, when we were visiting. Also parked here the day after for a short stay and paid £1. Easy to use payment system.
Registration picked up automatically when parked. Pay on exit by entering your registration at the machine. Can pay using cash or card. Simple and reasonable pricing.
Cheapest place to park in cockermouth. You pay on leaving by typing your registration in. 60p 1 hr £1 for 2 hrs.
Not to well stocked as there is often gaps on the shelves.
Reasonable prices compared to other car parks and free in the evening
