Hilary and team at Wildwood is extremely talented and a pleasure to work with. Hilary made our vision come to light for our wedding June 2023 at The Oxford Hills perfectly. She paid great attention to details and always provided great advice to keep our planning moving forward. We received many compliments on the decor and florals at our wedding and were extremely happy how everything came together. Would recommend Hilary for your events as she is innovative and strives for a very high standard with everything she delivers!
Words can't describe what an incredible job Hilary and her team did for our wedding!!! We were beyond happy with all the florals and decor - we received tons of compliments all night! She completely made my wedding vision come true, it looked better than I could have ever imagined. Hilary was also amazing to work with, she made me feel calm and she took care of all the little details for us with the set up, transition to reception, and take down. She really went above and beyond in every way. Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for florals/decor for a wedding or event. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Where do I begin? Hilary and her team gave me the wedding day of my dreams. Hilary was a dream to work with during the planning process - but beyond that my floral arrangements were the most gorgeous arrangements I have ever seen. Hilary made my vision truly come to life. I felt like I was living a real life fairytale when I walked down the aisle and saw the arbour and floral arrangements her and her team created also seeing my husband was amazing too lol. She made the day seamless from start to finish. Having her by my side while about to walk down the aisle to her running around with her iPad queuing speeches during the reception, I truly couldn’t have had the day run so smooth without her. I still rave about her being my number one vendor - you need Hilary on your wedding day
Hilary and her team are INCREDIBLE. Not only were the flowers/decor at our wedding beyond gorgeous, but Hilary is as caring, artistically talented, and professional as it gets. She was able to grasp the concerns and visions of me, my husband, and our families almost as though she was reading our minds. She truly put everyone at ease throughout the process with her gentle confidence, honest expertise, and ultimately her masterful work. Both the ceremony and reception rooms felt MAGICAL and exceeded even the highest expectations. Hilary is also very sweet and down to earth and went above and beyond in many ways, including sending us videos of cute wedding moments she captured on her phone the next day : Beyond weddings, bouquets from her store are always stunning- I highly recommend Wildwood for any occasion!
How do I even begin to write how AMAZING Hilary and her team are at Wildwood. Firstly, her creativity and eye - she just "gets" what you mean when you describe what you're looking for and is truly an expert in her craft. Our flowers were insanely beautiful and exactly what I envisioned. I don't think I've talked to a single person from my wedding day who hasn't brought up how stunning the flowers were. She is organized, so kind, calming, and continues to work with you along the way to make sure you are aligned all the way up until the big day. We also added Hilary's "Day of Event Coordination" to our package and I couldn't recommend it enough. Brides - opting for a wedding coordinator is the best thing I did for my wedding, and having one who has been with you for months, is deeply involved in understanding and planning out your vision, is the best decision you could make. She supported me ALL day, her team was a dream and everything was executed SO flawlessly. Seriously, 10/10. Thank you so much Hilary and team.
Hilary literally BLEW my husband and myself out of the water with the florals for our wedding. Our guests RAVED about how absolutely stunning our entire day with no doubt thanks to the wonderful flowers! I chose not to use a lot of decorations and let the flowers speak for themselves and they did just that! Hilary was absolutely incredible to work with! Our wedding flowers were stunning. Hilary was such a joy to work with and understood the vibe I was going for. I shared photos of my dress, the bridesmaids dresses, the decor and then I left the floral choices completely up to her. On our wedding day her and her team showed up without a hitch, setup our arch, the ceremony space, the head table and finishing touches to perfection! She also worked with myself and the bridal party to ensure our ceremony-to-reception room flip was seamless. Hilary is very talented, creative and so professional. Run don’t walk to book your event with Wildwood.
My husband and I envisioned a secret garden to which we could invite our closest friends and family to share our special moment with. The florals were a key part of this vision and when we arrived at Harding Waterfront Estate on our wedding day, we were blown away with how beautifully Hilary executed our dream. I truly felt like I was in my own magical private garden. During the process, Hilary was so easy to work with. I had so much fun during our phone calls discussing the plans, and I felt confident that Hilary would execute our dream perfectly. Towards the end of the planning process, I came to her with an idea to create an unconventional seating chart by writing guests names on terracotta pots and having them filled with herbs and succulents. I had no idea how to make this idea a reality and Hilary guided me through the entire process. She recommended an amazing calligraphist and even went to the flower nursery to pick up all the plants and soil I would need to plant the pots and delivered them to my house! She definitely went above and beyond my expectations. I also didn’t have a day of coordinator at my wedding so Hilary guided me through the entire ceremony. She was truly incredible to work with and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a florist for their events.
Hilary is AMAZING! She truly made our wedding dreams come true - she took my vision of winter whites and made it more beautiful than I could have imagined. On top of the fantastic work, she's hilarious and is so great at putting couples at ease - and what bride doesn't want that? Would recommend Wildwood to anyone for florals and their planning expertise!
If I could give 10 stars I would! Hilary did the florals for our elopement and they were so beautiful. We’re looking forward to her doing our florals for our larger ceremony next year. In addition to being incredibly professional, accommodating and friendly, she’s done everything she can to be conscious of our budget. She’s one of the kindest people I know, and at this point I consider her a close friend and would recommend her to anyone and everyone I can. Thanks for everything Hilary!
