Did the gin/rum tasting for which they were generous with the spirits but miserly with the mixers. Very rushed to get through 10 doubles in 90 minutes! Gins don’t have much flavour to distinguish them from anything else, really nothing special, rums much better.
The gin school is a fantastic experience and highly recommended. Shout out to Joel who looked after us and is super knowledgeable about gin
I placed an order for my parent's Christmas Present on 14th December. There were no delivery cut-off dates on the website so assumed the order would be ok. They live in Bewdley and this was an opportunity to keep the business local!nnI finally received an order confirmation email today on 3rd January 2024 to say the order was accepted. I chased the order on 16th as had not received an email or anything to confirm and nothing had appeared on my bank statement. There was no response.nnI actually thought by the 24th that I must have done something wrong and asked my parents to look out for their Christmas gift, spoiling the surprise!nnThe communication from this company is terrible. I accept companies are busy prior to Christmas but a lack of communication, given that much of it is automated these days is unforgivable.nnAvoid if you can. Their communication will let you down. Terribly disappointed and more so as this was a way to support small local business.
We recently attended the Gin & Rum Tasting. Absolutely superb time with Joel who is very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic. Also great that local produce is used to create fabulous and unusual Gins and Rums. Definitely recommended. R, L, S & D
We have tried a lot of different honey rums but this is by far the best. Amazing smell and taste, so smooth. They use local honey and they care they put into their product is clear.
