Had an absolutely amazing stay here last night for Halloween. The Glamping pods are perfect, spacious with a full shower room shower is powerful and hot, beautifully clean and heated so we were so cozy. Our party booked two pods 2 people in each but they will easily accommodate a family of two adults and two kids and we had the site to ourselves so we were able to decorate outside with Halloween decorations and sit outside around the firepit in our Halloween Cloaks having lots of fun. We pre purchased firewood and we had plenty, kindling and matches were also supplied.nThere are alpacas and sheep in the field behind the pods and it was lovely to wake up to their beautiful faces over the fence this morning. There is also children's play equipment and the field in front of the pods and the field itself is beautifully maintained and perfect for kids to play on.nTo finish off a perfect night away, this morning we headed over to the on site Look Out Cafe for breakfast where we had the best sausage we've ever eaten mmm.nThe site is really accessible, there are two steps up into pods so if you have anybody with mobility issues, be aware of this. The entire place is incredibly well maintained.nOverall, we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay, we thoroughly enjoyed it and I highly recommend Kidsnape Farm for a break away, simply gorgeous.nP.S. Dog friendly too, the two little dogs we had with us loved it!
Love it here all baby lambs the family run place an Richard is so helpful an lovely guy.. We been 3 times little shops good if need anythink extra allways spotlessnso chilled an sunsets beautiful. We be back soon taken kids as its So calming especially if Autistic child with Animals an Little football nets swing an slide xx
Lovely place to stay. First glamping holiday with the kids and dogs and will definitely be back. A Warm welcome from Karl and the pods are amazing. Equipped with almost everything you need. Only stayed one night and the kids did not want to leave.... they even got to feed the goats and alpacas in the morning! Already getting some dates together to return very soon. Thanks for a great experience!
Brilliant escape, so peaceful and the wigwam was impeccable. We loved the firepit. Dog friendly. Highly recommend. We will definitely book again!
This place has become our little bolt hole away from the world, we love it, as does our little one, who loves the open space at the front of the Pod to run about, morning, noon and night. This large open space also had a small but functional play ground, with alpacas, Swaldale* sheep and shetland ponies in the field behind. The amenities in the Pod are compact and well spaced to be functional along with a very popular local cafe nearby, serving some delicious hot and cold food and those important naughty treats, called the Lookout cafe.nn*Think these are Swaldale anyway!
