If u have probs with ur feet. Go see Susanne she's a marvel with ingrown toenails and general foot health care. She also does reflexology. Ask her for a session. John deals with the rest of the body. As a sports physiotherapist, he can tell u what is wrong, why it's wrong, and the best way to put it right. It's only a small practise so getting an appointment may b a bit of a squeeze but well worth the effort.
