Always so great to find an independent DIY store still surviving and this is one of the best I’ve come across on my canal travels. Great range of products available at extremely competitive prices. Staff were friendly and relaxed. A pleasure to find and I’ll be stocking up on as many things as I can before I move on.
Went to Wigley DIY today to ask about a product that removed rust. The lady I spoke to there, was incredibly helpful. Gave great information about the products they had available and directed me to the right product to resolve rust being on a steel surface.nSo impressed with the customer service.nEasily the best DIY store in Worcestershire.nThe staff there know what they are selling in store and do a great job. V impressed.
Great products, great prices, great staff.
Needed a piece of Perspex as a temporary fix for a shattered window on our truck, until the replacement could be fitted and Wigleys came up trumps. I spoke to Nigel who was so helpful in the workshop and I went to store later, his excellent customer service continued. He cut the piece to size for us and made some suggestions about how to strengthen it, which has worked a treat. We couldn’t recommend Wigleys high enough. In helping us to solve a problem, means we can now go on holiday. Thank you so much for your help Nigel.
Amazing company!! Purchased a Coleman Events Tent and a part was missing. I spoke to Kevin at Wigley DIY and he arranged to source another part. He emailed and telephoned me to say he was arranging an overnight delivery and as promised it arrived promptly today. So helpful and very polite. Thank you Linda.
