Excellent boarding given the current climate clean tidy and following all government guide lines
The helpful staff make booking in easy. I haven't had to wait long to board any of the times I've used the ferry, although i usually arrive with minutes to spare.. Some of the ferries are newer​ than the others, but all have been clean, tidy and fairly relaxing.
I arrived early, and was placed on the next departure. Ferries were on time and a nice comfortable crossing with plenty of social distancing measures in place onboard. I have no complaints and would and will use again.
A huge thankyou to the manager today, 4th september, for helping me to get my son home after his surgery. So helpful and understanding. Thankyou!
Easy to get on and happy staff. The crossing was good in September. Didn't use the cafe at terminal but did on ferry.
I am very pleased with with the customer service today I was unable to make an earlier ferry due an unexpected problem at home and was on the phone and was able to change and amend my ferry booking with ease can I say who ever I delt with was very professional and kind
Staff amazing, service very good, always on time, captain brilliant, great way to start your holiday.
Checking in was so simple, very quick to load and unload, nice quick crossing.
Very Efficient! Ferry on time n only 35 minutes across !
