Don’t think this even warrants one star! .Absolute rubbish outfit. Had a booking booked by them early start 8.30am9.00am no show by 10.30am and no call from them . Called them was put on hold for 5 mins + only to be told that the engineer was on another job that’s good of him as he was supposed to be with me we have called the suppliers and they don’t have the part !!so he won’t be coming today . Asked why this had been left to the day of the booked visit when the initial visit was 8MONTHS AGO when they decided I needed a new fuse board. Waisted day off work unpaid and no apologies or.compensation, and also no reply to my complaints email. What a great way to run a business!
Do not let these cowboys in your home. People you have been warned. Stay far and clear from this group
After my nightmare with my housing association which lasted over two months I finally got the call that my storage heaters were ready to be replaced. Cannot be any more pleased your team exceeded expectations and were nothing but fast and reliable during the entire job. Big thanks and praises to Walid Karawani and Charlie the apprentice for there hard work! Hope you have a great Christmas guys : And a great staff party!! Thank you for sorting out my heating and being super helpful for helping me whilst I was putting up my TV brackets!
A fantastic electrical contractor, nothing is to much trouble. Excellent communication and attitude and a willingness to help and provide a quality service. Highly recommend.
So very nice man sort all sockets and check electric all OK and replace old smoke alarm is not good I am happy with new one thanks he is helpful write to me to said electric test is good I am pleasure all fine
