I needed to express my concern about a person in a very distressed state, no answer on the Manchester number, short of ringing 999 how are you supposed to contact someone? Pathetic and useless service.
Don't care ..don't interested to serve the public. With disrespect and horrible attitude.
Ten minutes no answer.... important that we made contact....no one answered in two attempts. Also why am I calling a Manchester number....? Absolutely the poorest service ever. Then tried crimestoppers....another fail.
