Would like to say a thank you to Liam and the crews who attended my cousin and aunt on new years day. The care, help and reassurance they gave them was fantastic, from swift arrival to the home and then on to wigan infirmary.
Unnecessary use of sirens during night time hours

Hi guys love and appreciate the job you do, but do you need to use the sirens when there's no traffic on the roads blasting the sirens at all hours, I'm a shift worker and a key worker staying at an apartment Wigan Pier you guys go blasting up towards town sirens blasting all hours when there's no traffic to move out of the way why??
Recently on thursday 18th april my mum needed to go to hospital .the first paramedics who came were two ladies cant remember the lead medic name but her sudent was called beth were brilliant with my mum norah.they stayed with us until the ambulance paramedics came and handed over to them .sorry cant remember their names .but they too were brilliant with mum and also my self and daughter at the hospital they were really caring to everyone and brilliant .going out of their way.to even ask later on in the evening when we were waiting in the a and e cubicle to be seen .howvmum was doing.i would like to say a big thank you to all for a brilliant service first class x Thank you from mum norah and daughters kathleen and susan x
