We had to take our dog to the Vet on a Sunday due to an injury playing with a Stick. The Staff are extremely helpful. I was talked through all the options and I was able to take the dog to the surgery within the hour. A big Thank you to Katrina Summerton the Vet who looked after Ziggy. She was lovely and very easy to talk to.
Rocco has been coming here since we got him in March 2023 - the staff are all friendly, the vets are helpful and always happy to help. They are all for the dogs- with treats available :nWe have recommended all our dog owner friendsnWe have many vets near us but we rather drive for the quality and care and attention that they give our Rocco
We sadly had to have our cat put to sleep last week, but wanted to comment on how respectful and lovely the vet handled our situation, he showed so much sympathy and compassion and really made us and our beloved pet feel at ease at such a difficult time. He even asked if we wanted to leave through a side exit to avoid having to walk through the surgury and call to pay the following day. He also offered to have fur clippings and paw prints taken. We would def recommend Wicston vets for all your pets needs. Thank you
rg to make an appointment but told not registered for my dog although we are registered for our birds. rude receptionist didn't ask if wanted to register. our dog needed urgent attention but receptionist couldn't care less!
Had to take our beloved cat as an emergency. Unfortunately he had to cross the rainbow bridgenThe care and support from the vet, Yit, was outstanding. Really appreciated the time and care taken at this difficult time.
