Really close to the seafront, literally a 60 second walk from the entrance. Turning into the car park is really tight and inside the car park it’s multi directional not one way, car park must have been designed for fiat 500 and smart cars because bigger cars don’t fit inside the designated lane. This isn’t a major issue unless it’s busy then it could get a bit tight. No lifts here just stairs. No payment machine so you pay at the kiosk at the exit, there is a card machine and cash is accepted too. Great location!
No lift, nice view of boat, good price, v close to gunwharf
Nice location. No lifts so you need to carry your stuff in a narrow staircase. We walked 7 flights of stairs with pram and stuff!
Great location and cheap. I'd love to park here again... but tragically I live in Denmark and probably won't visit Portsmouth again... life just isn't fair. Please park here, I may not be with you, but I'll be right there with you in spirit parking in my heart. Oh to park here again.
The turn in from the street is rather tight and the spaces on the lower levels seem very small, but up on the higher levels they are massive.
Wickham Street is near Gunwarf. It is an alternative and affordable parking area if Gunwarf is full. It’s also near the dockyard and the rail station.
Conveniently located for parking in Gunwharf with added benefit of staff on site. Only downside I felt was that it's a CASH ONLY Car Park
Excellent car park, literally a 1 minute walk to the historic dockyard. Google says 4 minutes!! I guess that's if you crawl along for those saying the spaces were tight you must have been trying to park a mini bus! Spaces are like any other multi-story car park ‍ very cheap at £1 an hour. One thing we didn't realise is there isn't a lift and we had a child in a buggy so had to carry her down and up the stairs, but the man at the pay kiosk kindly said on the way back there was mother and baby and disabled parking on the ground floor to save that hassle! The ground floor is very awkward to get to as the barrier takes you around the car park rather than to the lower floor. Ask the guards how to get there if you have a child/wheelchair user. Very happy
Nice location for a multi-storey car park close to historic dockyard, spinnaker tower and gunwharf quays. The path and parking spaces can be a touch on the narrow side.
